Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For MSP Customers

If you are an MSP customer processing data on behalf of your clients using Nullbreach, a Data Processing Agreement in accordance with GDPR Art. 28 is available upon request.

• Subject matter and duration of processing
• Nature and purpose of processing
• Types of personal data and categories of data subjects
• Obligations and rights of the controller
• Technical and organizational security measures (Art. 32 GDPR)
• Sub-processor management and approval procedures
• Data breach notification obligations
• Data deletion and return upon termination
• Audit rights

Standard Clauses Included

Our DPA follows standard GDPR Art. 28 clauses and includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable for international data transfers.
